A Brief Look Into My Past

Without giving you an entire autobiography, let me just say that my journey towards an elite level of health and fitness was difficult to say the least. No one taught me anything. I spent countless hours researching the best training methods, diet plans, and supplementation … and at the end of all of it I was totally confused. Everything I read seemed to contradict everything else I had studied. However, through years of trial and error I was able to test just about everything. At the end, I had finally discovered the secrets necessary to create the body that I had always wanted. (By the way … I did it without using anything illegal. I did use some supplements, but everything I used was purchased through Amazon.com. Check out the supplements I recommend.)

Just so we’re clear, I’m not a professional bodybuilder. In fact, I’m not even close and I really don’t have any desire to take my fitness to that level. But at the same time, I’m in better shape than probably 98 out of 100 men my age.
